The SeekingRoi ’s Refund Policy
Annual Subscriptions/Maintenance/Upgrades: After your 30-day free trial period (if applicable), you may cancel at any time during the first 30 days of your annual subscription. Upon cancellation, you will be refunded the FULL amount of your annual subscription within seven days of receipt of your notice of cancellation, minus $59.95. No refunds are offered more than 31 days into your annual subscription. For example, someone with a $1199.95 annual subscription price will receive a refund of $1140.00.
Multi-Year Subscriptions: After your 30-day free trial period (if applicable), you may cancel at any time during the first 30 days of your multi-year subscription. Upon cancellation, you will be refunded the FULL amount of your multi-year subscription within seven days of receipt of your notice of cancellation, minus 10% of the amount paid. In addition, at any time during the first year of your multi-year subscription, you will receive a FULL refund on the remaining year(s) of your multi-year subscription, but no refund for the balance of the first year. However, no refunds are offered after the first year of your multi-year subscription.
The first 30-day (trial) period of any subscription/maintenance service is always free unless otherwise specified. Your credit card will not be charged until the 31st day of subscription service (the day after your trial period ends), and ONLY if you do not cancel during the 30-day trial period. Initial Set Up Fees are subject to $500 cancellation fee if cancelled within the first 14 days. After initial 14 days, the Initial Setup Fees are non-refundable. However, only one free trial period is offered per person/business/ address.
